Donna has 8 years working experience in Early Childhood Education and Care working with children from 6 weeks to 6 years. She was also a centre director and a nominated supervisor for almost 4 years combined for two well-established long daycare centres too. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Donna is very familiar with long daycare services and staff having led teams and working as an educator. Donna has a wealth of knowledge, understanding of and experience with Early Childhood Education and Care, the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). At the Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW office, Donna now puts her accumulated expertise and knowledge of the legislation and regulations for the benefit of all ACA NSW members.
Donna is clearly already part of the furniture at ACA NSW since starting on 9 March 2017, demonstrating invaluable support to the NSW Executive Committee and CEO on key projects for members while at the same time ensuring that our members receive the best possible customer service and support. Her friendly and cheeky persona has already been noticed and welcomed by numerous members, and has come in handy when addressing at times stressful issues faced by members.
