Inspiring Architectural Designs for Early Learning

ACA NSW Quickies (training) are less than 2 hours long and held throughout the year via live webinars and video-on-demand formats.

Quickies are primarily for new and existing Approved Providers, owners/directors and Nominated Supervisors with sector-specific information, advice, tips and even “tricks”.

The topics to be covered in the Inspiring Architectural Designs for Early Learning are:

  • Are there existing examples of inspiring Australian-designed early learning centres?
  • What are the existing and emerging overseas architectural examples?
  • How do these architectural designs relate to the development of children’s outcomes?
  • Can there ne operational efficiencies through thoughtful architectural designs?
  • Is there a cost-to-build vs land cost metric and therefore a measure of return?
  • What are the Australian and NSW Governments’ directions?

This Quickie provides existing and potential early childhood education and care Approved Providers to understand inspiring architectural designs and how they can apply and benefit in the current and possible future early childhood education and care environment.
