How financially sustainable are you and will be in the future?

A number of ACA NSW members have expressed their concerns whether they are financially sustainable currently and into the future. Moreover, members are also concerned about:

Hence, members are more than ever critically reviewing their each and every one of their service's finances while also anticipating the challenges of the future.

ACA NSW can assist members up to a point., Hence, ACA NSW is introducing assistance offered by Champ Enterprises (via (02) 4739 0739 or www.ChampEnterprises.com.au). ACA NSW trusts Champ to confidentially and forensically review and analyse each of your services' financial state using an initial template as well as each service's relevant:

1. Profit & Loss Statement

2. Enrolments Report

3. Enrolments By Fee Groups Report

4. Weekly Utilisation Report

5. Weekly Utilisation By Fee Groups Report

Champ will then be able to advise (for a fee) what could happen, for example:

  • if the NSW Start Strong (program) funding were to end; or

  • whether your service should continue with the Worker Retention Payments; or

  • how and what to apply for an increase in funding via the Worker Retention Payments;

  • at what fee level(s) should your service increase to to achieve operational sustainability; or

  • at possible lower levels of children's enrolments can your service be to become financially and operationally unsustainable;

  • ... and possibly more.

ACA NSW and ACA are continuing to engage both the NSW Government and the Federal Government in ensuring their commitment to the ongoing viability of services, as well as to help maintain fee affordability for parents and families.
