Ready, Set, Pay Rise! New 1 July 2025 Wage Rates Released

The Fair Work Commission (FWC) has announced that minimum wages will increase by 3.5% from 1 July 2025. It is important to remember that any pay rise takes effect from the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July 2025.

ACA NSW has designed a more user-friendly format for the released three new wage tables for FY2025/2026 to reflect this increase, which members can now access for the following:

  • National Training Wage

  • Children's Services Award

  • Educational Services (Teachers) Award

To access the new wage tables for FY2025/2026, members will need to use their ACA NSW username and password and then visit here.

Members will also be aware that the Fair Work Commission (FWC) has been considering the Gender Undervaluation case since July 2024.

As part of this decision, increases of between 9.4% and 27.8% over 5 years have been outlined for the Children's Services Award. The increase will also be accompanied by a restructure of the classification levels.

Once further details are released from the FWC, including the implementation date, ACA NSW will provide an update to members as well as updated wage tables to reflect the new changes.

For any further information/clarification, members can contact the ACA NSW team via 1300 556 330 or nsw@childcarealliance.org.au.
