Engaging through Members-Only Meetings

The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW conducts up to 14 Members-Only Meetings and up to 4 Regional Meetings each year.

These meetings provide ACA NSW Members with timely updates about the latest announcements, issues and solutions relevant to NSW-based early childhood education and care services. Members who are unable to attend can still access the recorded video, slides and any supplementary information on-demand.

ACA NSW Supplier Members can also attend any/all these Members-Only Meetings, and present at them as well. PLEASE consult the Members-Only Meetings webpage to view the issues/topics that will be discussed and the dates and times for those meetings.

• To present at the webinar-based Members-Only Meetings, only up to two Supplier Members are allowed to present one slide each and for 5 minutes only each toward the beginning of the meetings.

• However, if it has been pre-arranged with the ACA NSW host, such Supplier Member(s)' presentation can be longer and more substantive.

• Each Supplier Member's slide (ideally in PowerPoint 16x9 format) will be included with the official slide deck for members. They will be distributed to all attendees as well as made available on the ACA NSW website to all members on-demand. (NOTE: It is highly recommended that supplementary marketing collaterals and supporting information/documents are available to download as links. Please include these links with your slide.)

• For the webinar-based meetings, the video recording of the Supplier Members' presentation will also be included in the official video for members to replay. Access will be distributed to all attendees as well as made available on the ACA NSW website to all members on-demand.

• For the in-person meetings, they are usually held over dinner. Hence, greater latitude is given to Supplier Members.

Please note that where possible, the video recordings of Supplier Members' presentations are also repackaged, published and distributed too to ACA NSW members via The Weekly Update.
