Engaging through Wheels On The Bus Tours

The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW hosts 2 Wheels On The Bus tours across Sydney each year.

On Saturdays, ACA NSW's Wheels On The Bus tours provide services' Approved Providers, early childhood educators and teachers with tours of three amazing services to be inspired with new ideas. And there's the lunch!

ACA NSW Supplier Members can attend and engage at the attendees of the Wheels On The Bus tours. PLEASE consult the Wheels On The Bus tours webpage to view the 3 services to be visited, particular focuses and the dates and times.

• For logistical reasons, up to 3 sponsors will be allowed for each Wheels On The Bus tour.

• Participating Supplier Members will have one assigned seat on the bus.

• To highlight each participating Supplier Members, the ACA NSW host will ask a pre-agreed question so that participating Supplier Members can "pitch" their message to the attendees for up to 2 minutes each while on the bus.

• It is highly recommended that each participating Supplier Member provide a "lucky draw" prize that will be drawn toward the end of the tour.

• Participating Supplier Members will receive the list of attendees before as well as after the tour for additional opportunities to engage them.

• All marketing collaterals must be delivered to the ACA NSW office at least one week prior to the event so that they can be included in the official bags for the attendees.

• Acknowledgement of participating Supplier Members will also be in all EDMs.
