The Australian Childcare Alliance (ACA) NSW hosts 2 New Entrants Evenings across Sydney each year.
Typically with light dinner after work on a Thursday evening, ACA NSW's New Entrants Evenings new and prospective owners and services the opportunity to:
receive sector insights, upcoming government reforms, funding changes, priorities; and
engage with ACA NSW Supplier Members present and exhibiting.
Through sponsorships, ACA NSW Supplier Members can exhibit at these New Entrants Evenings and engage with all present. PLEASE consult the New Entrants Evenings webpage to view the issues/topics that will be discussed and the dates and times for those events.
For logistical and spatial reasons, up to 9 sponsors will be allowed for each New Entrants Evening.
Participating Supplier Members will have an assigned 2m x 1m space around the perimeter of the event.
To highlight each Supplier Members' offer, the ACA NSW host will ask a pre-agreed question so that participating Supplier Members can "pitch" their message to the audience for up to 2 minutes each.
It is highly recommended that each participating Supplier Member provide a "lucky draw" prize that will be drawn at various stages throughout the evening.
Participating Supplier Members will receive the list of attendees before as well as after the evening for additional opportunities to engage them.
All marketing collaterals must be delivered to the ACA NSW office at least one week prior to the event so that they can be included in the official bags for the attendees.
Acknowledgement of sponsoring Supplier Members will also be in all EDMs.
