Proudly Introducing - Tax Debt Manager

"Ethical experts curing ATO pain"

TDM (Tax Debt Manager) focuses on one niche and one niche only.  Negotiating ATO debt.  We have around 10 years’ experience doing this one service.

TDM acts for any entity that has ATO debt and is struggling to meet their obligations. We help individuals, sole traders, companies, not for profits and more, right across Australia.  At any moment in time we have clients in every state and territory.

  • TDM offers an obligation and cost-free initial assessment of anyone’s ATO debt situation.

  • Additionally, TDM offers ACA NSW members a 10% discount on our fees for any member who engages in TDM’s services.

Our main focus is to keep you safe as possible from ATO recovery action and to ensure you can navigate your way through your debt position as best as possible with regard to your cash flow.

It's important to note that we aren't an insolvency practitioner or provide those services.  Our approach is to save you from heading down that path.  Our services keep your ASIC file clean.   Ideally, we want to see clients before they explore any form of insolvency action.

Our technical team is headed up by our Director Amanda Shell.  Amanda is Australia's leading ATO debt negotiator, and our service includes negotiating formal payment arrangements that are suited to your business and its cash flow, not something the ATO dictates.

It’s never been more important to be in a formal payment arrangement AND to stay compliant with it.  Many arrangements we see which are done by a client or by one of their advisors who aren't experts in this field, are set up to fail from the get-go.  This only opens the company and directors up to future ATO legal action.

Even if you are already in a payment arrangement, we can review it to see if your plan can be improved.  If not, we don’t touch it, however, in most cases, we can usually improve things considerably.

Additionally, we also aim to have all the interest and charges that have accrued over time, remitted back to you.   This can literally be thousands, tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars or more in some cases.

If you have an ATO debt over 20k and are struggling from a cashflow perspective, or if you’re receiving nasty communications from the ATO, we’d encourage you to contact us for a chat at least and find out how to protect yourself as best as possible.

There is a lot of miscommunications around the ATO’s debt recovery process and what is and isn’t ok in their eyes and we simply want people to make informed decisions.

The ATO is coming as hard as we've ever seen, and taking proactive action is the key.   One thing is for certain, the ATO isn’t going away.
