On the road again....our Member visits

 

 

 Our Member Support Officers are keen and excited to get out on the road and visit our wonderful Members. They are taking the opportunity to:

 

  • meet new members
  • re-acquaint themselves with long-standing members 
  • share some tips and tricks
  • introduce members to our fantastic resources
  • test drive our website with members
  • ensure members are receiving our timely news & updates
  • appraise members of our current advocacy work in the sector
  • remind members about training opportunities
  • invite members to upcoming events
  • share supplier deals and offers
  • answer members questions

 19 March 2024 - Pinnacle Early Education

One of our MSO representatives, Rachael, met with Diana from Pinnacle Early Education, who is a supportive member of ACA NSW. During the member visit, Rachael and Diana discussed the variety of Member Benefits that can be utilised and explored opportunities on how to further collaborate.

  

 21 March 2024 - Alphabet Cottage

On the 21st of March 2024, our MSO Joelle had the pleasure of visiting one of our long-term members Norine from Alphabet Cottage.
Joelle also paid a visit on the 28th of March to Allan from Wetherill park Preschool, another member that has been part of our community for a while, This was a great opportunity to meet face-face and discuss any challenges they may be facing in the childcare sector as well as a range of member benefits.

  

 7 March 2024 - Youngies Care Centre, Casula

 On 7 March 2024, one of ACA NSW's Member Support Officers (MSO) (Joelle), paid a visit to Youngies Care Centre. Joelle had the pleasure of meeting Nadia, our long-term member, and the director of the childcare centre. It was a great opportunity to connect with someone who has been part of our community for a while. Joelle and Nadia had a productive face-to-face visit where they brainstormed ways ACA NSW could continue to assist her centre and discussed any challenges faced by the sector.

22 February 2024 - Montessori, Merrylands

 

On 22 February 2024, one of ACA NSW's Member Support Officers (MSO) (Rachael), paid a visit to Montessori Merrylands, a longstanding member of ACA NSW. During the visit, Rachael met with Approved Provider Natalie and Nominated Supervisor Jess. The bond between Rachael and Montessori Merrylands has thrived, as they've shared insights on recent sector changes and exchanged thoughts on recent advocacies. It was great to reconnect with a valued member who has consistently appreciated ACA NSW's efforts throughout the years.
