What makes this person so amazing/talented as an educator?

Kim is an Early Childhood Teacher with a passion for teaching and learning. Kim has worked at Gumnut Childcare Centre, Gundagai for the past 25 years. Kim is a wealth of knowledge and an extremely passionate educational leader. She is able to share the old and the new in her teaching, with both children and educators. Kim teachers Certificate III and Diploma courses through Tafe, which keeps her current and up to date with all aspect of early childhood teaching and practices. Kim's devotion to the children and families of our community is second to none and we highly value her skills and commitment to our service. Kim's hard work, dedication and sound mentoring was shown recently when we received an Exceeding rating, with six out of seven quality areas rated with an Exceeding National Quality Standard. We would like to acknowledge and thank Kim for everything she does for us at Gumnut.
