Annual Christmas Card Competition 2026

There are 13 weeks till Christmas! And it is a significant time to reflect what Christmas means to all of us, especially children.

ACA NSW is launching its inaugural Christmas Card competition for all NSW-based children aged under 6 years old and all NSW-based early childhood education and care services.

By using the official template, children are invited to draw or make an image of what Christmas means to them. Once completed, the completed image must be uploaded via the portal below by 11.59 pm on Sunday, 29 November 2026.

The completed image must also be accompanied by a copy of a receipt/invoice of a purchase within the last 12 months from Educationall or Officeworks.

The best 5 images will be announced by 5 pm on Tuesday, 1 December 2026.

The following associated with the (1) winning image can win:

• For the NSW-based child (under 6 years old):

  • 1x Family Flex Annual Membership for 1 year at Taronga Zoo Sydney; or
    

  • 1x Family Flex Annual Membership for 1 year at Taronga Zoo Dubbo; or

  • 1x Adult plus 1x child (3-15 years old) Unlimited Pass for 1 year at Western Sydney Zoo; or

  • 1x Annual Rides Pass for 1 year at Luna Park Sydney; or
    

  • 1x $150 Event Movies Gift Card or $150 Event Movies Gold Class Gift Card.
    
    

• For the associated early childhood educator:

  • 1x $150 Event Movies Gift Card or $150 Event Movies Gold Class Gift Card; or

  • 1x night at the Hyatt Regency Sydney (subject to hotel's availability); or

  • 1x night at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney (subject to the hotel's availability).

• For the associated NSW-based early childhood education and care service:

  • a $250 credit to use via Educationall; or

  • a $250 credit to use at Officeworks.

The (1) winning image will published on the front of ACA NSW's official Christmas card distributed during December 2026. The next best four (4) images will also be published on the inside of the Christmas card. The associated children's firstnames, their ages, the names of the associated early childhood educators will also be published. And a pack of 10 cards be mailed to each of the five children's services.

NOTE: Uploaded completed entries will be assumed to have the approval of at least the child's parent or parents.

The competition timeline for 2026 is as follows:

• Competiton open from 25 September 2026 to 29 November 2026.

• Judges' deliberations by 30 November 2026.

• Winning image and next best four images will be announced on the evening of 1 December 2026.
